Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from within the United States.
Shipping Destinations:
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the U.S.
Order Processing & Production:
Since our products are custom-designed, each order includes a design approval step. After you approve the final design, your order will enter production. Production times vary depending on the product and will be communicated during the order process.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Please note this estimate may vary based on the product and carrier.
Shipping Options:
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Expedited or faster shipping options are not currently available.
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship your orders.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout and are based on your order details. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Fulfillment:
All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to you (drop shipping). This allows us to offer a wide range of products while maintaining efficiency.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Issues:
We do not offer refunds for lost or delayed shipments. However, if there is an issue with your order, we can offer store credit to use towards another product. We also work closely with our suppliers to resolve any shipping problems.
